Welcome to Spiritual SHAT (soulful-humorous-ascension-talks) with us, Sherie & Kat. Collectively we share metaphysical careers spanning decades, out of California. As students of life ourselves, we are neither more or less qualified to define what healing and spirituality looks like. We invite you to join us by taking your human hats off and exploring the ineffable universe that is consciousness and this human experience. We will be diving into the lighter and darker aspects of our own spiritual bullshat....and all the brave souls we wrangle for an interview. We will have chats from psychology, archeology, parapsychology, self-care to all the woo-woo such as; ESP, spiritual awakenings, astro-travel, quantum leaps, paranormal stories, healing, bad jokes, aliens, angels, and all things esoteric. If it's hidden or taboo, bet we'll be talking about that too.

The Connected Soul Network is a virtual community of guides and explorers. It's a community that was created by Jennifer Hart for those looking for a place to delve into self-exploration. She has connected and gathered a group of sage talented guides to help you with all aspects of spiritual self-exploration. The community is a landing space for openminded non judgmental individuals looking to explore the deeper parts of life. I am a guide in this amazing network of healers and spiritual leaders. You can find me every 2nd Tuesday of the month for Tarot Tuesdays in the network Facebook page. It's a free event for those who join the Facebook group.
